I am sure that many of you also felt the intense and deeep emotions that are being stirred at this time. It feels to me like I am being asked to deal with very deeply held emotions that are now surging up to be seen for what they are. Archangel Michael points out very gently, that this is the year that we are working with the element of Water on the planet, allowing for a deep cleansing and purifying process both within our own bodies and within the Oceans and water bodies of the Planet. The Moon has a powerful effect on the movements of water in the Oceans, and it also has a powerful effect on the water in our bodies. At this time we are at "high tide" with our feelings and emotions, and the I AM often uses this moment to show you emotional issues that need to be confronted and resolved in some way. So, if like me, you have suddenly felt old emotions and feelings coming up, try to deal with them in a focussed way. A few people wrote to me about feeling intense sadness, and it would be an idea to see whether that sadness belongs to an old belief system that you are now ready to release and allow to clear from your cells and your body.

This process of emotional clarification goes along with the new emphasis on Water, and what Archangel Michael calls the Lunar Masculine energy, or the Water God energy. For the last cycle, we were focussed very much on the integration of the Solar Feminine energy, as we took into our being that frequency that had been lost to the planet for so lone. This helped us to connect with our Passion, our Creativity and our Sensuality and our Joy. This energy was particularly strong at times when the Sun was active and it streamed out flares of Solar Light that activated the codes for the Solar Feminine within us.

Now, we are activating a new Energy, and we are once again integrating another "lost" frequency that will activate the Codes or DNA sequences for the Lunar Masculine energy. This is one that has been so long fogotten that most people have little connection with the idea of the Lunar Masculine, the energy of the Water Gods and the Moon Gods, Osiris, Poseidon and Neptune. When I asked Archangel Michael to define the Lunar Masculine energy, this what what I was shown. The Lunar Masculine is a strong Male energy, but it is characterised by Gentleness. It is represents an "ordering" of the Flow of energy, just as this energy orders the flow of the Tides within the Oceans. This energy offers Clarity, Support, and Joy and Fun. It is Powerful but Light and Playful. Michael says that the Dolphin energy is the best example of Lunar Masculine energy, and I though that was a good example. I can think of several really strong and powerful men who are "Dolphin Men", in tune with the Oceans and the tides and the creatures of the Oceans, and also gentle, and clear about who they are.

So, as we celebrate this Full Moon, maybe we can think about our Dolphin Energy...playful, flowing and yet strong. Dolphins lived in communities called Pods, and they are very protective of Pod members. They look after each other within their "pod families", and they love to play, sometimes even allowing humans to join them. They are highly intelligent, and they have a sophisticated communciation system based on sonar and telepathy...the heart energies as they express them.....

On this day of Full Moon and Ocean energy, I was privileged to spend some time with a beautiful song written by a Lightworker in Norway called Linn Stokke. I think this song is just perfect for today. This is an image of Linn, and here are some of the words of her beautiful song called "Breathing Love". As we enter fully into the Fifth Dimension, we learn to sense how everything is Love and that everything "breathes love"....just like Heaven Above.

Earth Log : 19th January : The Fifth-dimensional “Wobbly”……..and some ideas for finding balance in the New Multi-Dimensional Energies : In the last week or so, I have had many letters asking about the seemingly intensified energies and the difficulties that people are encountering dealing with the physical and emotional “symptoms”. So, in this Earth Log, I though I would share with you some ideas from the Archangel Michael work about how you can cope with these symptoms and how you can find and keep your balance. This will be one of the biggest challenges facing us this year.

As we enter Fifth-dimensional awareness, and become effectively, Conscious Multi-dimensional beings, we go through certain Spiritual and Physical processes. These include the activation of the Solar Lightbody, and the integration of this Lightbody with the Physical Body.

This process produces Heightened Awareness and Increased Sensitivity. The person who goes through this process suddenly becomes aware of that which was always there, but was hidden from his or her perception by “veils” or repressions, which are lifted away as the person “awakens” and becomes completely conscious or aware of their own life and what they are creating in their life. Sometimes, this can be a fairly difficult experience, if you realize that much in your life is illusion and very little is “real”, or based on Unconditional Love. And so, as you awaken, your I AM presence, or your Higher Self, will guide you towards an expression of the “real” you, the Light of Divine Essence that lies at your core.

This can be a slow process, for the changes are often huge and your Higher Self will only take you as fast as you can tolerate. So, in this process, be kind to yourself and understand that you are going through immense changes, and let the process take as long as it takes. It will become easier and easier, as your body begins to find and hold the balance.

So, here are some of the things that you may have to deal with:

• CHAOS and things that no longer seem to work. Now, as Archangel Michael has said, the apparent chaos that we now perceive is really a field of rich potential, and the way to navigate it is through Choice. But while you are still in this transitional phase, the chaos might seem overwhelming. This creates anger, frustration and irritation. You may find yourself blowing up at people or bursting into tears without apparent reason.

  Be confident that you can cope with your life, no matter how chaotic it appears. Your Higher Self is in charge, and since it is that part of you that is Spirit and Angelic, it really does know what it is doing. It will show you, over time, how to create order through your intentions and desires, and how to perceive the order even in the midst of chaos. For chaos is only a feminine energy that requires the masculine energy of creative will in order to direct the flow of creative energy and select the potentials that best apply to you and your life.

• DEPRESSION. These feelings of being unable to cope and finding that old Third-dimensional patterns and skills no longer work, sometimes produces deep depression. The mind can no longer control your life, and it feels deeply threatened and unhappy. This can produce a loss of motivation and desire to do anything at all.

  Again, the answer to this is to just know that you can trust your I AM to be in charge of your life. Your work is to learn to simplify your life so that you can manage the flow of experience, and that you feel better able to cope. Don’t add more, try to simplify and eliminate.

  And, as Archangel Michael keeps telling us, learn to Dream and to dream “big”. Your dreams and desires are the way that you tell your I AM what you would like to create in your life. Your I AM responds to your desires and the images that you create. Images are a powerful way of communicating to your I AM what it is that you want. So, give up trying to force creation with your ego and will. Surrender to the process…dream and desire…and ensure that your life has a clear basis for the manifestation to become “real”, as a material creation of Unconditional Love in your life.

• WAKING UP AT 3 AM. Well, in your sleep state you are almost fully multi-dimensional, and your soul enjoys traveling the dimensions. But, now your body is also aware of these “trips”. Before, your soul would leave your body in the “off” mode, and go on its trips. Now, the body and soul are integrating, and the body gets to go along too. And the body sometimes gets spooked and wants out….

  So, around 3am is peak time for “soul surfing”, it is that quiet time when all the bodies are in quiet mode and sleeping. So, you may be awakened by the intensity of your soul’s multi-dimensional journeys. That is why some people awaken in a panic, or have anxiety attacks when they wake up.

  Your body will soon get used to this new way of being, and will get used to its journeys into the multi-dimensional multiverse. One day, you will even begin to have conscious memory of where you have been, when your body is able to cope with the intensity of the feelings and awareness.

  So, when you wake up, try to relax and breathe. I found that Rescue Remedy was helpful, and I also used Homeopathic remedies for anxiety that were prescribed by my doctor/homeopath.

• THE FAMOUS 180 DEGREE TURN….. I love this one…..this is when the wheels come off in your life. Your I AM decides on a “course correction”, a rather radical one. Suddenly, you find that everything in your life collapses, and you are left in a state of bewilderment and confusion. You seem to be facing almost in the opposite direction to where you thought you were going!

  Well, if you look back, you will find that your I AM was trying to get your attention with gentle whispers and nudges, which you probably ignored. So, at a certain time, your I AM decides that you have gone too far off course and that you are in danger of getting lost. So, it inserts this radical course correction that feels like your life is collapsing.

  The way to deal with this is through Trust and Acceptance. Know that whatever is happening is for the Highest Good, and that the outcome will bring you great blessings.

  This may be part of the “big stretch” that Archangel Michael has suggested as part of this year. It will happen to countries as well as individuals. Here in South Africa, we are dealing with almost daily power cuts as our power system is inadequate…so here I am typing away on the Laptop until the battery runs out. A Country wide course correction is here required. This kind of situation will become more frequent as individuals and countries learn to operate in flexible and fluid 5D energy, rather than the secure but inflexible energy of the Third Dimension.

  Uncertainty is the name of the game, until we learn to see it as just a way of setting us on a new path. Then we will learn to look and see where we went off course and what we need to do to get back on course. It is that simple, and as we realize that, we will move past the “disaster” scenarios and into the Joy of Rapid Change and New Creations.

• PHYSICAL PAIN AND DISCOMFORT : These include Joint Pains, Headaches, Nausea and Diarrhea. Most of these symptoms are diet related and can be balanced by making the appropriate changes.

  Your body is in transition. It is integrating the Solar Light Body, and it can no longer cope with too much heavy and “dead” food. If you continue to consume this kind of food, you will find yourself dealing with the symptoms of acidic detox, every time the energies are intense. All the intense energy does is to activate the bodies detox mechanisms, and the body does a quick purge together with headaches and diarrhea and all the other things that happen in a detox. There is also often sleeplessness, as the body is in a state of stress and distress, and it feels uncomfortable and unable to relax.

  If you want to avoid this see-saw, then the best thing is to ensure that your body is clear and that there is nothing to detox at high energy periods. It will also help with the feelings of exhaustion, for your body is dealing with many new energies, and having to deal with heavy and toxic food will not help the situation.

  So, make practical changes in your diet and drink more water. Don’t just accept and suffer, it is not necessary. You can find Physical balance and radiance if you work with your body and find out what works best for you.

• CHANGES IN BODY TEMPERATURE. This one happens as your physical body tries to “Re-set the thermostat”. Your Light Body brings in much more radiant light, and basic physics will tell you that Radiance is Heat. So your body is trying to work out how to distribute this heat in the best way.

  I used to find that I would get very cold, and that the only thing that would warm me up was to lie in a hot bath. This is also good for cleansing and balancing the body.

  Don’t panic with these symptoms, just do your best to either cool or heat your body until you feel comfortable again. It will pass.

• EXHAUSTION…..yes we all know this one. In 2006 when I was still dealing with intense symptoms, I used to go to bed for three days and just sleep! Fortunately, I have passed beyond that.

  The reason for this, is the intense stress on the body as your physical being tries to realign everything, deal with new experiences, cope with unhealthy diet patterns and addictions, and find a way through the chaos and intensity.

  So, be kind to yourself and rest when you need to. As you find new ways to live, the exhaustion will pass and you will rediscover your Joy and the fun of Life!

• ANXIETY AND ANXIETY ATTACKS…for no seeming reason. As your Solar Light body integrates, you take in more Radiance and Light as electricity. This can produce feelings of electrical waves in the body, or even convulsions and seizures. But, it will also be felt primarily in the Nervous System, which is a transmitter of electrical impulses. So, those with sensitive nervous systems…hands up and that includes me…..will find that for a while they may live with intense anxiety and anxiety attacks as the nervous system tries to deal with the overload. It interprets the overload as an anxiety attack.

  This one is quite hard to deal with. I worked with my doctor/homeopath to try to bring my nervous system into balance again. Drugs are not a good idea, unless you really need them, for they just block the energy and create resistance that your body will have to deal with at some point in the future. It is better to deal with this naturally and homeopathically if you can. Again, ask your I AM for help in being guided to the right people to help you.

• RELATIONSHIP CRASH LANDINGS……This is also a hard one. You may have to deal with the sudden ending and termination of relationships and friendships that you thought were solid.

  Again, this is part of the “course correction” scenario. Your I AM sees that this relationship is not in your best interests, probably because it contains elements of old energy dependencies, or other elements that are holding you back in the full expression of who you are.

  These are particularly difficult, because there is often real love involved, and the ending of the relationship can be really traumatic and cause deep hurt.

  Again, you can only trust that this “course correction” was necessary and that you will be led into something far better. This may take time, as you will need to establish new and more healthy relationship patterns before you can enter into the kinds of relationships that you desire.

  This holds true for romantic and friendship relationships.

  So, surrender to the process, accept what is happening, and try not to enter into anger or blame. Try to move on….you do not know yet what blessings lie ahead……don’t get stuck in the pain and suffering and self-pity…..

January 12th : Coping with the Big Stretch......and more Water Magic : I have been quiet the last few days, because I have been on an "organizational mission". Well, Archangel Michael did say that this year we would be focussing more on the Masculine energy, and indeed so I have. For the last month, in fact, I have been almost driven by a need to "clean up" and simplify and organize everything, from the kitchen cupboards to the website. In the last weeks, it has been my office working space. I have files and folders for my files and folders, and everything is labelled and filed. I have never been so organized! My guidance tells me that this is in preparation for what they term the "big stretch".

Well, the "big stretch" happens when you bring in your new masculine energy to support the passion and the power of your newly activated Solar Feminine energy. You are enabled to function at your full potential. You are enabled to create miracles. But, as Archangel Michael says, you need to create order and structure so that the incoming torrent of blessings has somewhere to ground itself in your life. If your life is in chaos, then you will find that the energies will not ground and they will be dissipated, or they will be drawn to a place elsewhere, where they can ground successfully into a structure that has been created.

This is the essence of life in the material plane, being able to use the Will to direct the flow of Creative Energy. Now the "Will" is not the Ego. The Creative Will is that part of your Divine Masculine self that can create structural order and a platform for the manifestation of abundant blessings in your life! The Feminine energy creates on the level of the Dream, but the Masculine energy provides the base on which the Dream may manifest through the operation of the Creative Will. This has to do with Motivation, Organization and Discernment. So, the question we can ask ourselves, is how motivated, organized and discerning are we right now. Are we ready to embrace the "big stretch" and be all that we can be. Are we ready to accept and make place for the abundant blessings that will manifest in 2008?

I have found it is not easy. I am not that hot on Creative Will....I tend to be a Dreamer, as I am sure you can tell. But, recently, the organizational energy has kicked in, as the Masculine energy seeks balance within my Twin Flame Core or Heart. I must say, I am enjoying being so well organized, it makes life flow in a much easier way.

Here is what Archangel Michel has to say about the influence of the Divine Masculine energy in 2008 : "The most important Alignments in 2008 will be the movements of Pluto and Jupiter. Pluto will continue to fuel change and transformation, and Jupiter will bring enlightenment and expansion. In 2008, Jupiter will be in Capricorn, an Earth sign that represents the Male Energy. You can expect the opening out of new energy in the physical transformation of the Planet, as well as an expansion and growth of the Divine Masculine Energy on the Planet. For a change, the focus will be on the Masculine energy and how it expresses itself in the New Earth as a partner for the New Divine Feminine Goddess energy.

I think that is quite clear, and makes sense of the energies that I have begun to feel in my life. So, I think many of you will also be feeling this "gearing up" to really "stretch" yourselves into your full potential, or a full expression of Who You Are at this time. And, no, it is not easy for some of us to crank up the Creative Will and get it going again. We have, in general, become a culture of passive consumers, so becoming an Active Creator requires a shift in emphasis and perception that can be challenging.

Also, as I understand it, the "Light Codes" that have been activating our DNA to effect our transformation, so far, have been coming mostly from the Solar Energy, as we activate and align the Solar Light Body. As Michael has taught, integrating the Solar Divine Feminine has been our major task in the last cycle. Now, as Michael tells me, the New Codes relating to the Divine Masculine activations will be received through Water!.. This is the Divine marriage of Cosmic Fire and Water, as we will experience it here on Earth.

This means, that Water and its magic properties will become an increasingly important part of our transformation process, and clearing and purifying the waters of the Planet will go hand in hand with the process of purifying our physical bodies and activating the Divine Masculine Codes, which will in turn bring the organizational and structural changes through which we will activate the Creative Will and, as a Collective, we will manifest the New Earth! Now, I have already spoken about the process of bringing more water into the body as a purifying agent to assist the transformation and the activation of the Divine Masculine Codes. Now, Archangel Michael has shared some more light on the topic of how we may help to clear and purify the water of the Planet. I know many of you work with Crystals and with adding water of High Vibration to larger bodies of water. Well, this was wonderfully effective, but there is an even more effective way. Since awakened Lightworkers passed through the Diamond gateway and integrated the Diamond Light into their Light Bodies, they have the inner ability to effectively be the purifying agent for water themselves.

This insight aligns with the reseach of Dr.Emoto on the topic of clearing water. He recorded how a person of High Consciousness was able to effectively clear polluted water solely through the act of Focus and Intention, which is exercised through meditation. In this process, the water which has lost its clear and crystalline shape and become "dead", is enabled to "remember" who it is, and to resume its living crystalline shapes of perfection that carry the Codes of Perfection for manifestation on Planet Earth.

Water, as Emoto showed, responds to High Frequency consciousness that carries energies of Unconditional Love and Gratitude, and the reponse is to form itself into beautiful crystals that mirror those energies. And, since Emoto has also proven that water is always connected to all water everywhere, and that the "memory" or "experience" of water can be transmitted via the "interconnectedness" of the Fifth Dimension, when water is cleared and restructured, it carries or transmits that to the "body" of water around the Planet. And the effect is "homeopathic", in that a small amount can have a poweful effect on a large body. Never underestinate the power of a motivated individual to create change. It requires only a gentle nudge, often, for the memory of perfection that is already there, to be re-activated into manifestation.

This means that the more we can live in Unconditional Love and Gratitude, the more we can transmit this energy and these patterns into the Water of the Planet and actively assist in the Creation of the New Earth.

It only requires you to engage your Creative Will and allow yourself to flow with the energies of Unconditional Love and Gratitude which are the essence of your Core Being, and set the intention to transmit these energies to the waters around you so that you may "inform" the Water Element that you wish to see the reflection of your own Perfection and Beauty, manifested through Love and Gratitude, in that Water. And so it will Be!

So, it is time for us to step into our Creative Power, and begin to see how we can engage, on all levels, in the Creation and Structuring of the New Earth as a place of Peace, Unconditional Love, Gratitude and Joy.

I have included this image that was sent to me through a mail. I have always loved the Nautillus shell with its beautiful spiral structure. In this image, you can see the "mirror" of the shell's perfection reflected in the water! It speaks to me of the Twin Flame energy, as perfection is mirrored to perfection. And the energy of water creating the matrix for the experience of that perfection!

And so, to help you to reach that place of Gratitude and Joy in your own Hearts, here is a beautiful performance by Armand and Angelina of "Amazing Grace"...for the gifts we are given from Spirit in this year are indeed "Amazing Grace".

January 8th : Solar Activity and some more Information on the Fifth-dimensional Body : The sun has been active in the last few days. There have been smallish Solar Flares, and the Earth is currently within a Solar wind stream. I find this heightened energy tends to make me restless and anxious, and I need to really remember to hold my center within this intense flow of Fire energy.

Here is an image of an Aurora taken in Alaska. The Aurora is a result of charged particles entering the Earth's atmosphere from the Sun, as far as I remember:

This is bascically what happens to your Solar Light Body when these "winds" of charged energy particles come into your field. It looks very beautiful, and you glow with a wonderful Radiance. But, your body is still getting used to dealing with the increased luminescence and radiance, and so you may feel an increase in anxiety. This is because the light, as electrical impulses, is conducted through your body via the nervous system. The way to create balance, as Archangel Michael tells me, is to increase the intake of Water! Yes, water acts as a conductor of energy within the body, and helps to cushion and absorb the effects of the increased Radiance on the Physical Body.

Many people wrote to me about the Log I did on the 5th, talking about the new way of eating and diet for the Fifth-dimensional body. I was happy to hear that so many of you have been finding your path to better health and balance in the same way. Archangel Michael tells me that the two issues here are Purification and taking in "Living Light" or energy.

The "Purification" that he speaks of is a purification of the physical body, in order that the body may carry more Light Energy and become more comfortable with the increasing Radiance as the Solar Light Body becomes stronger and becomes part of you. At this time, your Higher Self is guiding you towards ways of cleansing the body at the level of the deep tissues and cells. Water is the substance that will cleanse the body and facilitate this process of phycial cleasing and purification.

The purpose of this, is so that the physical body is able to absorb energy from sources other than food. About five years ago, Archangel Michael shared with me, as part of the work we did on the "Original Template" of the Human Body, that the body was designed with a Digestive System as a Secondary or back up system of energy provision. The body was designed to access energy primarily from Light and Water. So, the Third-dimensional belief that we carry that we derive all our energy requirements from food is just not true of the original design, or the Fifth-dimensional design. At this time, however, our bodies are in transition, and it is certainly not a good idea to just stop eating in the beilief that you do not need food. What is needed, to ensure maximum health and vitality at this time, is a simplification of the food diet and an emphasis on pure, clean water.

I have heard accounts of Crystal children who eat very little or refuse to eat what is given to them. This is often because they know that they are designed on the Fifth-dimensional template and they do not need to eat as much as is considered "normal". Some Crystals just want to eat sweets, fuelling an addiction to sugar, because they see that food is an addiction in adults,and not a neccessity, and they choose sugar as their particular addiction. However, that is another story. At this time of change, we need to find a balance and work out for ourselves what it is that we need for our energy and survival requirements.

According to Michael, the food that we do eat needs to be filled with Light energy. That means eating food that is raw and fresh, and preferably organically grown, as much as possible. Processed food is essentially "dead" in energy terms, it has been broken down and reconstituted, and it is "dead" matter in an advanced form of decay. Often it is filled with chemical "preservatives" so that you will not notice the decay. Fresh food, that still contains the energy as a by-product of photosynthesis in vital form, is far better for the body. It enables the body to access the light energy stored in the food in a simple and clear way. My own experience has been that when I eat processed and heavy food, my body has to use too much energy to digest it and deal with the toxic chemicals, and I get acidic and burning indigestion, and I am very tired all the time. And, when you are always exhausted, it is hard to enjoy life and find the Joy in life.

Also, food has a social function that is still important to us. We invite our friends to eat with us, and we enjoy preparing food for them and sharing it with them. I think we will continue to do this as a social ritual, but we will become much more aware of what we eat and how we prepare and it and how we share it together. The intention with which food is prepared and shared is also a very important part of the process of eating food for energy and vitality.

While I was working on these ideas, someone sent me a link to the work of Judy Beebe, whom I had encountered last year. Judy is working on using water as a form of energy, and creating a battery cell that runs on water. I was impressed by the explanation that she gives for th importance of Water in our Physical energy system. This is inforamtion taken from her website www.omegaenergycell.com:

Judy's....studies in medicine have led to further research into the physical body and our spiritual connection to the cosmos. Looking for a connection between the microcosm and macrocosm has taken her through all the world religions and texts.

During this journey over the last twelve years, she discovered some very vital information. She was led to an understanding that water was more than we thought it was. She discovered its importance in all religions and, thus, she knew there must be something more here.

Medically, she already knew the importance of water to the human body. She began to consciously direct her thoughts to the components of water and made a startling leap in understanding. She realized that the SA (sinoatrial) node in the heart was really the power by which the beat continues throughout a lifetime. This heartbeat can only begin in a developing fetus after the amniotic fluid (water with a pH of 6.7) is in place. Here again was a connection to something special. This heartbeat, once started, will continue to beat for 70-80 years or as long as the body will support it. This is a very long time for such a small area (less than 1 cm). Judy discovered that the three ingredients of water, hydrogen, and oxygen are the very substances which can power our world now and in the future. The harmony in the body is reached by a pH (parts of hydrogen) which is about 7.3. The oxygen that we breathe burns the hydrogen from the water we drink and produces energy in the human body to keep us going. This is a gentle energy and it starts in a gentle way in a developing fetus. Our DNA uses hydrogen as the glue in the double-stranded helix.

At the center of our human body, we can find the clues to the energy source of tomorrow.

Yes, there is a connection between the pulse of our heart, and the pulse of the Cosmos, and that connection may well be found in Water. I think in the time that comes, we will discover more and more about the importance of Water in our daily lives as Fifth-Dimensional Beings on the New Earth.

January 5th : Here we Go!...A New Sun Cycle is Born....and some information on working with the Fifth-Dimensional Body : The energy around me has certainly felt chaotic and difficult the last few days. We are most certainly in the midst of a new birth! Nor only have we had the energy of Comet Holmes and Comet Tuttle influencing our planet, but yesterday a new reverse magnetism sunspot was recorded on the Sun, signifying the beginning of a new Sun Cycle. This will be Sun Cycle 24 which will reach Solar Maximum in 2011 or 2012.

So, as we enter into this new cycle, the energies have not been easy. I have noticed how in my own life, as I navigate the chaos of all potential, the need to make choices based on Love and Kindness and Compasssion and Gentleness, seems to be so strong. We can choose according to our old patterns, or we can choose according to Love and Joy! It is our Choice...and we make it freely. If we make these choices in a conscious way, then we can indeed reject the old patterns and make a conscious effort to make the new choices of Love and Trust. Often, it requires great trust to be able to move forward and accept that by making the choice of Love that all will be well. But, in this new Fifth Dimensional Earth, we are learning to see clearly and beyond the illusions. Only Love is Real.

On the Earth herself, the chaos and violence in Pakistan and Kenya seems to be an example of this "choice" process. As people see clearly that their governments are corrupt and manipulative, they have to make choices as to what they will do. Old patterns of violence in these countries emerge as people express anger and fear. As we move forward, as a Planet, we are going to have to learn how to make new choices that will be effective in bringing back leadership with integrity and honesty. And we can be sure that choosing for violence and bloodshed will not be the answer, any more than choosing for anger and unkindness will be the answer in our own lives.

As always, we start with ourselves. Can we make effective choices that will bring honesty and integrity into our lives. Can we live in a balanced and grounded way that allows the flows of Love and Light to manifest as blessings of Peace and Joy? It is up to us to make those choices and live in such a way that we support those choices.

So, speaking of making choices, I am going to speak a little about how we may support our physical being at this time. I often get mails from people asking me when their body is going to make the transition, and why they still feel so heavy and unwell a lot of the time. In my own life, I noticed how last year I was physically uncomfortable in my body. I was carrying too much weight and I had bags under my eyes all the time. My skin and hair were always dry. I had made a decision, when I started to travel, that I would just eat what was given to me as a way of "fitting in" with people in the places where I was invited. However, in October, a friend in Holland did a Food Allergy test for me, and it turned out that ninety percent of what I was eating was toxic to my body. I changed the way I was eating, and drank much more water. Over the months the weight dropped off and my body returned to normal. I feel fitter and stronger and much more able to cope with the demands being made on me.

The lesson I had to learn was that the new Lighter body needs a new Lighter way of being. We cannot continue to feed our bodies as though we were still living in the Third Dimension. The diet that we grew up with was designed to fuel a heavy, third-dimensional body. If we continue to live that way, we will continue to be and feel heavy. As the Light Body develops within our physical being, we do indeed become much lighter. My own diet these days centers on fresh vegetables and fruit and water. I cut out processed foods as much as possible, no alcohol, caffeine products, sugar, or wheat and diary products to which I am allergic. It is a diet that suits me and supports my body. I don't expect that everyone will be the same, but the point is to find a way of eating and drinking that supports your new Fifth-dimensional body, and does not keep you locked into the heaviness and discomfort of third-dimensional physicality.

I was talking to Brian Anderson of the UK, about the work done at the Findhorn community in the twentieth century by Peter and Eileen Caddy and Dorothy MacLean, who pioneered working with the Devas as part of establishing a community based on New Earth princples. Both Eileen and Dorothy chanelled information that was used in their pioneering project. This is what they were given : “We developed an entirely new understanding of the purpose of eating. We were told that we were purifying the atomic structure of our bodies, Transforming the dense physical substance into light and lightness Which would be more receptive to absorbing energies from the Sun, sea and air, and would require less solid food. But this was not a process that could be rushed into.” Here is what was given to Eileen Caddy through her channel, about the importance of being conscious as you work with and build your Light Body, or your Fifth-dimensional body:

"I ask all of you to drink more water, just pure, pure water, It is very cleansing and will be a great help in speeding up this refining process. You do not need tea for tea stimulates and is unnecessary and harmful For what you are doing at this time. It would be better to drink milk if you really feel you need it, otherwise water. Coffee should not be taken; your system does not need it. Water has untapped forces and energies in it Which have not yet been discovered by mankind. Sunshine and water, sunshine and water. I want you to cut down gradually on solid food and drink more water. Do it for My sake, because I have asked you to and for no other reason. Water will give you the energy you need. There are tremendous forces being released on the planet at this time. Forces which are being energised by water. Like the genies in the bottle, they have at last been freed. Water is the medium which is to be used to energise these forces. Water on the body. Water in the body. Water all around you. Bathing in the sea is good for the body. It tones it up. The more fresh air and sunshine you get the better, But on no account is this to become a fetish. Do all in moderation and enjoy it. Never allow yourself to imagine that your body will become a light body Without your doing anything about it. All the time think about creating a light body, and let your thoughts help to create it."

What Eileen brought through about water and its importance, ties in with what Archangel Michael heeps telling me about water. I think in the time that comes, we will begin to see the increasing importance of water in our lives. Also, we will give more importance to the way that we eat and how we eat, and how we honor what we take into our bodies as food. I will be writing more about the Findhorn community and the pioneering work that was done there. I look forward to sharing this with you.

January 1st : 1:1:1: Welcome to the Fifth Dimension...We are One Family, One People, One Planet : OK, so we have spent most of the last cycle working with the Fifth-dimensional energies, and some days we do well and some days we have slipped back into old Third-dimensional patterns. But, from this day, the 1:1:1, we can be certain that we will really need to work with all the Higher Dimensional living skills that we have developed. From now on, the planet will be evolving within her new Fifth Dimensional Matrix, and we will need to be able to live in harmony with this energy signature!

And this new energy signature requires us to be able to move beyond dualistic belief systems and into a perception of Oneness and Unity. We are One Family and One Planet. If I have to look back at my own life, I would say that the biggest change I have seen has been the movement from a perception of huge distances and separate nations, to a perception of One Planet that is in constant connection and movement. At this point, I suppose I do have an unusual job, but like many people, my working day involves speaking to people all around the world using modern technology. I understand at least six languages, and I can interact with people of many different cultures. I am becoming a New Earth citizen of the Planet.

I have met many Lightworkers in the last year, who have just become "travellers". They have an urge, or they are guided, to move to other places on the planet, or just to adventure and move. We are learning to move out of our narrow perceptions of Who We Are, based on nationality and race, and to begin to see ourselves as citizens of One Planet.

And in this movement and connection, we discover that we are very much the same, and that we are also unique and individual, and that these differences can be exciting.

And our work is to Weave Heart Light and to create Peace and Harmony and Love!

Well, we are not there yet, but we are just starting out. We are the "seed-bearers" of the New Consiousness, those who will help to birth the New Earth. That is why I have chosen, as the new "Earth Log" logo, Jean-Luc Bozzoli's beautiful painting of the Earth-child, as the Earth births her new Self. What an exciting adventure awaits us we manifest this new reality.

Of course, it may take longer than we think. I used to think that we were just going to step into this "ready made" wonderful reality, but like most us, I have come to realize that we are working to create this new reality. The work we did in the last cycle of personal and planetary transformation was absolutely crucial to the whole process. It is why most of us chose to be here at this time, to assist with this process. And I know that it is going to be much easier from now on. The hard part is behind us, we have made the inner shifts and we are learning how to be Conscious Creators. We know how it is done, it is just a matter of making Miracles and Magic a way of life!

In this coming year, we will be working to hold the Balance and to keep that Balance. Once we can hold and maintain our inner balance, we can create in a Balanced way. Creating with and in Balance means that our manifestations will be clear and pure and immediate, for nothing will block their progressions through the spirals of Light into manifest form!

One of the skills of Fifth-dimensional living is to be able to step out of linear time and into a feeling of the spirals and circles of light that create "natural time". It is linear time and linear thinking that traps us in the concept of "age", and that creates fear and anxiety. The intense anxiety that many of us felt as we transformed was a result of the mind trying to resist the changes and to hold on to what is familiar and known. And of course, what is most familiar is the progression of time along a linear path, from beginning to end. Now, in this Fifth-dimensional reality perception, we see that time is infinite and that it spirals on forever, moving into new and different spirals of unfolding light called "experience".

When we can align with this spiral movement, we will feel more relaxed and will feel more open to the idea that we have plenty of time for our experiences, rather than the mad rush most people feel as they gallop down the linear timeline from birth to death at great speed. Linear time creates stress, Spiral time created Peace and Relaxation and Joy. It is the natural rhythm of the Divine Pulse of Creative Light.

The image I have included here was taken in Namibia, in Africa, just recently. It is a time exposure photograph, showing the passage of the stars around the pole star. You can see quite clearly that the Earth moves through spirals, one day being one spiral of starlight! What a beautiful way to feel the passage of waves of light that form the time experience! What a beautiful way to experience the Fifth Dimension!
