Leadership, Service...and Spirituality.....does it matter? So, here I am again with this topic that just doesn't seem to want to go away right now. It seems to be something that needs to be addressed, and strangely enough, it is Obama that is bringing this to the surface. I think we are experiencing a deep healing of the collective psyche around the issues of leadership and service, and yes, spirituality. Because they are interconnected in the continuum of our lives, and because what happens in the USA tends to have reverberations in the western world.

So lets start with the American psyche and the issues of leadership that Obama is bringing up in people. I find that Americans who are spiritually aware have two responses to Obama. The one is a kind of glamorized idealization, where he is seen as a kind of Messiah. The other is the opposite pole, where he is viewed with grave distrust and seen as no more than a continuation of the old dark ways. I believe that David icke has already "proved" that Obama is working for the "dark side".

I am going to suggest that what is at issue here is how we view leadership and power, and a healing of the deep wounds in the American psyche that go back to Watergate and Nixon. At this time, the Leader was found to be corrupt and dishonest and was successfully removed from power. This was unfortunately true of Nixon, but it created a pattern of political distrust and paranoia that has followed practically every President since. There seems to have arisen a culture of politics that is interested only in highly destructive power politics, in which aggression and oppositon to the person in power is in order if you don't like them, and idolization if you do. The whole thing is played out in the media, and people take positions according to what "appears" to align with their current point of political and spiritual view.

Now, I get mails from people who assume that because I write about Obama in positive terms, I must belong to the idolization camp. Sorry, but not true. As an outsider, I consider Obama to be a gifted and capable leader, and the best choice America could have made right now. Of course he represents a significant change of direction. When last did the American people choose a leader of color with a history in community service? That alone holds out great hope for significant change! But, I am of the opinion that you judge a leader by his or her performance, and Obama is still in the wings on that one. He hasn't even been there for a month yet, and it is still far too early to make judgements of any kind on his leadership ability as a President or what it may mean. Of course, there is his track record, very positive, and his community work, that suggests that he may indeed be a capable leader and a good one. One able to lead America to and through the gate of 2012.

Why is that important? Well, I was talking to my Spiritual partner on the phone last night, and he reminded me that 2012 will be the culmination of the significant shifts that we are moving through right now. We are recreating the Planet as a New Earth, and the changes that we make now will determine whether we, as a whole, will be of a high enough frequency to pass through this "gate" as a Planet. I believe, personally, that every person alive today has the opportunity to make that passage, and that the choices that we make now will be crucial to raising global frequency sufficiently to make this a New Earth for everyone.

But, in this phase of the "Now", we are still healing the Watergate scars, and the Vietnam scars...and the other "shocks" that entered the psyche of the "superpower" as we began the big shift back in the seventies. Now, just as we are rediscovering that we need to grow food like we did "back then", with respect for the soil and the water in order to keep our bodies healthy, we are discovering that we need to build community through respect for leadership in order to keep our social body healthy and viable. The tremendous technological and social changes we have passed through as a collective have left us in a state of collective "post traumatic stress", as we struggle to come up to speed with who and what we are now. And, learning to trust our collective leadership and to work with that leadership while still holding it accountable to the rule of law, is what will determine whether we can raise the frequency in our society and in our collective being. But we will need to release the paranoia and the distrust and be prepared to serve and to support those who serve.

When we can trust our leadership, we will trust the leadership in ourselves. When we can serve others, we will begin to trust those that serve us. Because it will no longer be a media and politics mental "game", it will be part of our lives and part of our spiritual service. And maybe when we can trust ourselves and our inner Light and Divinity enough, we will cease to look heavenward waiting for the redeemer who will save us, and start to trust our own innate Spiritual essence and truly believe that "we are the ones we have been waiting for". All of us, not just the Dalai Lama and Barack Obama....but each one of us on the Planet today.

It is not easy...and just to show you what I mean I would like to share something of my own experience with community leadership and power politics. When I first became involved with the community I support, I joined a group that seemed to be made of of people with high ideals, ecology, sustainability and community upliftment. I went to some of the meetings and I liked what I was hearing. But unfortunately, that was as far as it went. There was lots and lots of talk that went round and round, but very little to show for all the talk. There were issues of money misappropriation and who was responsible. The "usual" stuff. After a while, as I suggested new projects, I became the focus of a power struggle in the group. I was considered to be a newcomer, and it was perceived that I had an "agenda" that was obviously to enrich myself, since this particular group were there with that agenda. So they became obstructive and started to oppose everything I suggested. The climax came when we decided to work towards creating a garden for the soup kitchen that I was supporting at that time. I asked for a plan of the work to be undertaken and a schedule of working times so that we could co-ordinate our efforts. The response was that I was trying to control them, and they refused to co-operate. The garden never materialized, and after all the "talk" the community was left with nothing. At that point I moved on and began to work with my present Organizer in an independent project.

I was dismayed at the time that was wasted in power struggles and ego trips and talk, by people who considered themselves to be community leaders. The idea of "service" and "accountability" had given way to ego and power and money. And, it seems like that is where we are mostly in our political and community life. A very low vibration. And we have a few years to lift that to a new level of community support and oneness. And yes...enter Barack Obama.....world leader. I do not think Obama's work is to solve all the problems America has. If he can, however, instill a new ethic of community support and awareness into the American psyche, and heal the paranoia and mistrust so that people can work with him and trust him, then he will have made a huge change and created great healing that will benefit us all. This is what I expect from Obama, this is what his background is mostly about. And this will create a platform for a higher frequency of government and leadership.

And why it matters to us, is that we as Lightworkers are here to assist in raising the frequency of consciousness as we move towards 2012. We can do this by the leadership and service that we offer to our community and by the example that we set. Will we continue with the low frequency politics of duality and power, or will we begin to help to create a society where we can live and experience the true nature of the "one" within our collective. And that does not mean that we are all about to fall into a world dominated by America like a huge prison camp, as some surmise. The nature of "oneness" is always diversity and mutliplexity, for the Law of One is made up of the Laws of "the One and the Many" and "The Many and the One", complex expressions of soul family and diversity within the Divine Expression of the Totality of Life on Earth.

It matters because we are changing, from day to day, and we are learning to express who we are in new ways. Even our spiritual understandings and beliefs are changing as we embrace who we are as "Masters of Light" and the co-creators of our own destiny here on Earth. It is what we chose to come here to experience at this time.

26th January....The Solar Eclipse...and the next step Forward into the energy of the One.....I woke up this morning right into the Solar Eclipse. Unexpectedly. I had no idea it would be visible in southern Africa...I kinda missed that one. So I woke up and I looked out the window and I thought two things....why is my head buzzing and why is it so dim out there when there are no clouds anywhere. Then, I went outside and realized I was right in the middle of the eclipse, and the buzzing in my head was a tingling in the pituitary gland that was not that unpleasant. So I had a first class experience of the Eclipse!

And then.....yes...Spirit started to whisper.....the Michael energy asking me to feel the changes....the next step forward into Oneness! And I was a little bit hesitant. I thought to myself...people don't want to hear this. Not now! But the Michael energy was insistent, and Mary Magdalene was there too, so, well, this is what the essence of the "Solar Codes switch" has brought to us!

Many people have written to me recently and say that they feel "stuck". Nothing is opening for them. They seem to have gone as far as they can. Yes indeed, we have, for now. The next step is to ground and manifest the energy on the Material Plane. The next step is to Serve the Light by serving others in our Community. The next step is to Ground the Dream into Manifestation.

Now why people don't want to particularly hear this, is that we have become, as a culture, a people that likes to focus "inward" on "me" and my spiritual growth and my abundance and my relationship. We think that if we get it all right, then we will be able to spare some time for other things and other people. We have become very "mental" as a people. We might talk a lot about the "Heart" and what it means to work from the heart, but few of us are really putting that into practice in significant ways. We tend to think our way out of acting from the Heart and settle for thinking from the Heart, when it suits us. And I speak for myself as well.

How many of us actually take some time out of our lives to help others in our community, even for a few hours a week. How many of us say we are too busy, or we don't have enough money or time, to help those who need help. Are we even aware of those who might need help in our area? How many of us actually do any form of "community work" or service for no financial return, but only to serve and help from the heart?

The next step forward will be to release our obsession with ourselves as separate beings and see that we are One, and that as part of the One we have a spiritual mission to serve others. In real and material ways. Not just by thinking about it now and then.

I think, as always, this has been demonstrated by the furore in Britain over the BBC and Sky refusing to carry humanitarian appeals for humanitarian aid for people in Gaza. The reason given was that it would affect their ability to appear politically neutral if it seemed that they were supporting one side over the other. So, people can suffer and die, as long as things appear correct and the mind feels justified in its hardness. But, this is only an example of what goes on in our larger community. We feel justified in ignoring the suffering of others because we pass judgement. These people are poor because they are lazy, stupid, criminal...etc etc, and the government can help them anyway....

But, we have reached a global stage where governments are not capable of fixing the mess, on any level. It must happen from the ground up...and it will happen when we open our Hearts and learn to love and share even with the little that we have. There is an ancient Chinese proverb that says, if you have 2 coins, buy a loaf of bread a flower...feed your soul and your body.....even if you have only 2 coins. Now, what about us who have so much more than 2 coins, do we offer to share with others so they can have bread and flowers too. Or are we just obssessed with having a lifelong supply of bread and the very best imported flowers. Or is it possible to create a society where everyone can have Flowers and Bread.....Abundance and Peace.

I know in the USA everyone is looking to Barack Obama to magically create this Abundance, and maybe he will, but he will need all the help he can get from the Lightworkers on the ground. The point is not to sit and wait, but to get out there are start looking out how you can make a difference even in your own community. In small ways. In big ways. Dream Big...and then act on your dreams.

In South Africa we had a similar change in the 1990s, when Nelson Mandela came to power. People looked to the government to make the changes, and some were made. It is probably not known, but South Africa has one of the most advanced constitutions in the world, where things like abortion and gay marriage are rights that are taken for granted by all citizens. But, the moment was lost for us at that time, and the greed and corruption that is endemic in Africa meant that the poor remained poor. In the community where I work with the Children's Foundation, there are many wonderful initiatives that are helping people, but they are all privately funded and managed. Poverty alleviation and community upliftment is in the hands of private individuals who manage the money with integrity and work with passion. While the government tries to work out what to do with corruption.

And I think, that in our spiritual community, we have become apathetic and we have forgotten what it means to serve others. We have spent so much time working on ourselves and our comfort, and justifying our choices, and saying that it is all fine and this is how it is meant to be, that we have not noticed, until now, how uncomfortable we really are. We have been in a kind of "denial", where we feel that all that is required of us is to work on ourselves and meditate. Yes, these are necessary, but in any community of spiritual devotees who work on themselves and meditate, there is also an ethic of service to the community. We seem to have lost that part.

So, the next step forward into the Radiant Light will be as we remember that we came here to Grow in the Light and to Serve in the Light. To Serve Others, for that is what a Master does. You only deserve the title of "Master" when you have learnt to serve others! You can only be a Leader when you have learnt to work with a group and be part of that group, and how to lead from the "back". Ask Barack Obama....he learnt the hard way...in Chicago....serving others.....I think his first "job" was as a "community organizer"! So, if as so many of us believe, Obama is the leader who will show us the way forward, then...here we go....this is the way forward!

24th January......Moving towards the Solar Eclipse...Harvest energies...strange energies...sadness and....our Health....Well, that may seem like quite a shopping list of topics for today's log, but that is just the way things have come up. We are moving towards the New Moon and the Solar Eclipse on Monday the 26th. As I mentioned in the last log, we are experiencing some really deep and profound changes on a level that we do not really understand. This is because we have moved from the cycle of "re-balancing" and into a cycle of "evolution". Those of us who made the big shifts and allowed our physical and light bodies to come back into alignment are now ready to "resume" our evolution. I use the term "resume", because our forward evolution has been blocked for so long by the limitations and enslavements that we have allowed in our reality. We became stagnated and depressed and we lost the joy in life. There seemed to be no purpose except money, power and consumerism. Now, enough of us have moved into alignment with our Higher energies to allow for, shall I call it, the "next step forward". And yes, I believe that the new Solar Codes that will be activated at the Solar Eclipse will allow us to begin our forward movement or evolution. It is as though we are starting off where we were maybe 6 or 7 thousand years ago, and the big hiatus is over.

What will that mean? I have no idea. The thing with allowing Spirit to lead is that you have to be in absolute trust that the highest good will be served, and be willing to accept whatever that may be. It may not always be what you think it should be. And that is where all the buzz and hoopla that is going on right now kinda falls short. No one actually knows what will emerge. Even the most sage and wise of channels and seers have been fairly quite the last few months. We are moving into the unknown, for us and for Spirit, we are co-creating in that most wonderful of ways....miraculously...allowing what seeks to emerge to emerge and not trying to predetermine what that will be with elaborate "plans" that are supposedly already "in place". We are the Co-Creators, and Spirit is waiting to see what we will do and what we will choose with the new energies and the new abilities and the new directions that we have already chosen. What will be out new path forward, and how will we create this new age of Peace and Abundance that we have worked so hard to lay the ground work for in the last ten years. Certainly, it is not time to retire, there is still a long path forward, but we can walk that path knowing that the ground work has been done and that the changes will come in a much easier way as we learn to walk and co-create with Spirit in the moment and without expectations. Only with gratitude for what we know will be blessings of Love for Humanity and for the Planet as a whole.

I do feel, that one of the things that we lost when we became so mind oriented as a species, was the ability to trust that Flow of life that was designed to bring us the Blessings of the Source. The Earth was designed to receive the "River of Life" from the "Throne of God" or the Great Central Sun or the Galactic Center. The Planet was designed to be a Golden Chalice of Abundance, that is the natural "physics" of the Earth, and if we relax the mind and its needs we can flow back into the receptive frame of being that allows us to receive the abundance and use it to create blessings for all on the Planet.

So, in this state of mind, I thought I would share with you an image from Africa. Yes, here we are, on the poorest continent and perhaps the "darkest" continent on the Planet. And yet, here we are celebrating the harvest in our own community vegetable garden yesterday.

This is Emile, on the left, and Sherelle, on the right, with some of the carrots that we harvested. We have been lucky, as the summer weather has been relatively cool for this time of year, and we have been able to produce a good crop of carrots, beetroot and pumpkins to come. The children work in the garden and learn about food and health. After the harvest, each child was allowed to take home a basket of carrots and beet for their parents, and we shared also with some of the adults who work in the Starchild Community garden. When I look at pictures such as this, I have mixed feelings. On the one hand I feel pride and joy, that together with you who sponsor our programs, we have been able to create this energy of hope and support for these children, and to create a Community Vegetable Garden that works, and yes it is organic too! I feel immense gratitude that people from all over the world help to make this possible for these children. And yet, I also know how much yet remains to be done, and how we are only just starting on a very long path forward. All of us...on the Planet. In this community, the suffering and the poverty and the illness is still huge, and here in this community, we are in the process of talking to another group with the aim of opening a healing center for the community where we can offer spiritual and alternative approaches to health.

So, that brings me to the topic of Health. Firstly, I would like to say that because the energy shift is so profound, there are a whole range of very strange symptoms being experienced "out there". Please don't panic, there should be a shift after the eclipse. I have been feeling very strange myself, and working with my wonderful homeopath/doctor, I have been using a "snake" remedy. I think we are struggling to integrate our "reptilian energies", and I have been getting whispers of the "Dragon" energy as an important part of our healing, balancing and reconnection right now. According to Michael, we have to reclaim our Dragon energies and heal the deep trauma that occured when the dinosaurs left the planet and our evolution took a very abrupt turn. It was this event that is responsible for much of the apocalyptic energy that is being spun out now as we prepare for another leap forward in our evolution. If anyone has any information on this, I would be happy to hear from you.

And that brings me to the topic of Health. As Saturn moves its way through Virgo, and Pluto through Capricorn, the two issues of Health and Power will come to the forefront. We are about to learn how Power and Money has worked together to the detriment of our health. I think we are going to be horrified and shocked when we finally understand that extent to which we have undermined our wonderful bodies through the misunderstanding of what health is.

We were designed to experience radiant health and vitality while in our Earth bodies. We were not designed to degenerate and experience disease. But there are basic "ground rules" relating to the ability of the body to flow life sustaining energy and information. One of these is that the body needs to be "clear" and strong, and not filled with toxins and toxic information. Yes, the body is a hologram, everything you take into your body adds to the body's "information files" about health and well-being. And yes, if you fill your body with "information" about disease through vaccinations, and if you fill your body with aggressive energies though "anti-biotics", and if you attack your body with radiation, you can expect that the immune system will become confused and tired. And if you add toxins through recreational drugs and alcohol and cigarettes and junk food, then you can expect that your system will become sluggish and stagnate, and your blood stream will resemble a sewer after a while, despite your bodies best efforts. Now, I am not saying that medical interventions are not useful when lives are at stake, but in general, we have abused this system of health care, both as practitioners and consumers.

One of the most evident energies right now is a "sadness" and "depression" energy. I feel it is coming up because the vast majority of people are depressed about their lives, and they cope with prozac, valium, alcohol and street drugs, of which "tik" or crystal meth is the most popular here. And Alternative medicine is often also not much better, as there is a tendency to fill people with "herbs" and "supplements" and "chemical compounds" that may be of natural origin in many cases, but have the same effect of loading up the immune system with information that does not allow the body to follow its natural healing impulses. And, of course, the residues of this enter the water system, and as you may know, water "records" this information and holds it.

How do we approach this...well, as a collective, we have work to do. We are liberating ourselves from economic slavery, now we also have to liberate ourselves from the slavery to the so-called "health system", and reclaim our right to be healthy and vibrant.

In this morning's news there was a story about a 20 year old Brazilian model who died after contracting septicaemia and necrosis. Now, this kind of story induces fear, because we think, how can a 20 year old woman die like that, we must all be vulnerable to "disease" and death at any moment. Well, maybe...and maybe not. I saw in the report that she was the "breadwinner" of the family, and that suggested to me that she must come from an impoverished family and that she was under stress, and that maybe like impoverished people everywhere, she was malnourished and had been exposed to vaccinations and medical interventions that would have weakened her system. Then, as a model she was probably under pressure to be thin and to take drugs, as this is what that world is all about. And so, her system was unable to cope with the original infection that then shut down her body. How tragic! And yet.....maybe such cases are not necessary if we can develop a new way of thinking about our health and the health of our bodies.

About fifteen years ago, Michael told me to stop taking anti-biotics and vaccinations, and then 10 years ago, it was no more pharmaceuticals of any kind. So, for the last ten years, I have worked only with classic homeopathy under a trained medical doctor. She is really good. It has taken a very long time for me to clear my system of the residues of the toxins, the food allergies and addictions that plagued me even up until a year ago, to reach a point where my body is able to feel clear. And yes, I have experienced some miraculous and spontaneous healings with the golden flame of the Christ Light, because it can move through my body freely at this time. I am sharing this only because I want you to know that I try to walk my talk, and not because I want everyone to do what I am doing or to feel that they need to. Please, if you are under medical care, then work with that and don't stop, you may further compromise yourself. My "change" was done under the loving supervision of a very wise medicine woman and healer who is also medically trained, and she supported my journey towards better health. I was lucky, if you decide to take that journey as well, then you need expert support and supervision.

But, of course, it is about better health for all of us. It is about radiant health for all of us, which starts with what we eat and what we put into our bodies. The body is a strong and complex system, but it needs you to support its clarity so it can maintain its functioning at optimum health. And yes....that is our birthright, each and every one of us on the Planet! How we get there is going to part of our journey in the years that come.

21st January ....Barack Obama "arrives" as President of the USA...a time of Deep and Profound Change for our Planet on many levels....Yesterday, the 20th of January, was a big day for the people of the United States. Barack Obama was sworn in as the 44th President of the United States ( and I will resist the temptation to wax lyrical about the numerology of that one), the first African American President. I think it was a celebration that belonged entirely to the people of the USA, giving them an opportunity to really welcome and experience the first real stirrings of the deep and profound change that is taking place on the planet right now.

Those of us who are sensitive, are feeling these deep changes within our bodies and our psyches. And, at this time, the change we are experiencing is beyond the grasp of the rational mind. No one can quite "explain" what is happening right now, none of the usual paradigms of explanation seem to fit, and I have seen some really crazy and off the wall stuff out there recently. All I can say to people is don't get caught up in it, don't panic, don't get hysterical and ungrounded. Stay in your center and allow the changes to unfold in unconditional love. They are profound and deep and will take us through into another level of experience on our Planet in a loving and gentle way.

So, back to Barack Obama! Since this is a quintessentially American moment, I thought I would share some of the feelings and emotions of our American family of light. Here is something from Tim in California: "... It's interesting to feel the energies. There have been a lot of old energy remnants holding on. A lot of economy fear, especially here in California where the economy is the worst. But as it gets closer the expectation is growing. It feels like a space shuttle launch in a lot of ways. All this pressure getting closer and closer....... It feels like we're moving into the unknown and that is very frightening but soooo exciting! ...... On an energy level I've been having massive 2nd chakra overhauls. I'm not sure if it's collective or if it's something more personal but it's been kicking my ass... in a good way. I've been pretty sickish for the past week or two with remnants of the intense throat chakra energy that rolled through in december. I feel like I'm finally becoming human. It feels good. So yeah happy inauguration. The US will now be connected to Africa through Obama's genetic lineage. We'll have a new face to present to the world, a BLACK! face. It's a new era for us. And hopefully we can begin to put together some of the things we've worked so hard to pull apart the last so many years."

I liked Tim's perception of the deep nature of the change, and his linking of these changes with deep cleansing in the area of the base and sacral chakra. Many people have also reported these kinds of clearing symptoms, and it seems that we, as a collective, are taking back our power to determine our future and to feel our own deep and genuine feelings, and not those that are "fed" to us by a system of media and belief. As Tim says, he feels as though he is "finally becoming human", and indeed this is part of what the big shift is about. For humans to free themselves from control and to feel what they need to feel. In order to do this, of course, we need to be fully grounded and in our bodies, able to be in command of our creative abiity and our ability to manifest from the higher chakras and through the lower into material experience.

A similar energy was expressed by Deb, who I think lives in Michigan, this is her heartfelt letter: "I started crying at 5:30 a.m.... hundreds of thousands of people were huddled in the cold on the Mall in D.C. waiting for the dawn of this new day. And as the sun arose over the Capitol, the sun glistened on what looked like a million happy souls...you could almost see the angels in the crisp air.......... The spirits of all of those that passed before us is so strong today that I can barely breathe. I see Hattie (an older Black woman who was so important in my youth)....now in my mind's eye dressed in her finest clothes, a young, excited woman...I feel the joy of all of those who were hanged, drug behind cars, beaten, denied access to schools, who marched despite their fear, who led a peaceful revolution only to be assassinated... all with us now...all exhilarated. The angels are here in our country today too...to celebrate our choice of love over fear...to celebrate our second American Revolution, the ones the history books will describe as the time in our history when we decided to finally be who we are....... I have been waiting for this my entire life."

In her letter, Deb feels the energy of the African American population as their moment comes...the first "black face" to quote Tim, to represent the American people. But for me, what I find significant about Obama's heritage is that although he is "African American", he is not from the lineage of the slaves with their genetic history of oppression and disempowerment. Obama's mother was a white American and his father a black Kenyan from Africa who returned to Africa, so he is in effect a first generation African American with very strong and recent ties to Africa. In fact, he has family in Kenya who are close to him. For me, this is significant, as I see that the history of America and Africa, woven together through the suffering of slavery and oppression, has an opportunity to begin another story and another dream. I don't doubt that many of the distortions in the "American dream" relate to race and slavery in the past, and that this is the moment when a great healing is taking place. And I feel that this healing will embrace Africa as well as the United States. And the healing will be mutual.

Here is a letter from Linda in New York City, about her celebration with the whales at the time of Obama's inauguration. There is no doubt that the celebration in the American psyche is finding a similar celebration in the global collective on many levels:" Last night I had the most amazing dream about whales. ....... When I awoke this morning, Jan. 20th, inaugaration day for Mr. Obama, I remember the profound excitement I felt in seeing the large whales in the waters of the place of my dreams, where whales were never seen. I ran up to them repeatedly, and one time, the mother and baby swam up onto the shore and I ran up and touched her nose. I awoke at that point. Tonight I just happened to check out your website for the first time in several months and read your channeling from the whales, about how they need our love and attention now.........

Well, I certainly hope that Linda's dream was an evidence that the whales have been feeling our concern for their welfare at this time.

And , just as an aside, the person who sent me the image that I posted here, asked me to look at what Michelle Obama is wearing. Not only is it Gold, but the design made out in beads also includes the eight pointed flower of the "Sacred Rose" geometry.

1oth January additional.....An SOS from the Animal World.....: We are all aware of the huge electro-magnetic changes that are happening on our planet right now. We are aware of what this means to us as humans. But now, I am becoming aware that the animal world is in some distress and is asking for assistance.

The story goes like this. On Thursday I was bitten, or rather nipped, by a dog. Now, this was a startling event for me, because animals are drawn to my energy in love, and I was really shaken. I know the dog in question, a pet of a friend of mine, and the incident happened while we were walking in her garden. There was no malicious or aggressive energy. When I looked back at the incident I felt the animal was just over-excited and wanted to get my attention for some reason.

So, I went home and thought about what reason. I have also recently aquired a cat, whose owner, one of my neighbours, went away for the Christmas holidays without making adequate provision for her pet. I realized around Christmas time that the animal was living in my garden, and when I looked closer saw that she was covered in ticks and fleas and was very thin. So I took her in and took care of her. But I was aware of the trauma that she went through as she was abandonned and had to come to my garden for help. After I had fed her and she started to feel better, she cleared out all the spiders from the house and the rats from the roof, so that was her way of saying thank you.

Then, I started to get mails from people who were picking up distress from the Marine animal world....two of them in a few days...so I thought I would publish them here so that you can make up your own minds about what is going on.

The first is from Almuth in Germany. This message came to her from a sea creature in a meditation. The sea creature said to her that..."he was speaking for the animals in the ocean. As we were activating light matrix everywhere they had the feeling we as mankind would still not be aware of them, the oceanlife and we should please connect and keep sending love and light, as they needed that these days. and then he said- please tell the other people... that is, why i am sending this to you. after digesting the experience, i feel it worth to set aside a time for the recognition of the animals in the oceans, as the waters of earth have something to do with our emotions. connecting there, appreciating the life in the sea and sending love and light to them might open us a new perspective of mother earths and our development right now."

Then, I also received this message from Elsa in Barcelona in Spain : "Due to the ongoing energetic fields adjustments, we are called to send green and blue Light to the shores in order to prevent the misguiding of the sea animals, who use the streams and electromagnetic impulses for their orientation; as now we have so many changes of the Ocean streams, they need protection and a clear guide for not finding themselves on the shore. Mary Magdalene made a call for us to visualize the shores surrounded by blue light and then a green layer all around the Planet, that way they will perceive the limits. They have to stay on deep waters as the changes are happening." So, it seems like we are not the only ones who are feeling the stress as the Earth goes through her transformations, Remember that we are "One" with All Creatures on the Planet, not just the Humans. I think our "relatives" , as the Native Americans would call them, are asking for our help at this time.

10th January...The Big Slow Down....and Reconnecting with the Light...the less "obvious" Miracles Well. I received quite a few letters after the last log, and so I thought I would share some of them with you, plus some new information from the Michael energy about the shifts and changes we are currently experiencing and what they might mean for us.

Firstly, here is an extract from a letter from Carol in the USA: "You often write lovingly to cheer the people who are writing with concerns and questions about why things are taking so long to shift for them. I'm not sure you receive enough mail from those of us around the world who find ourselves blessedly at the other end of the spectrum. I am one of these fortunate ones....2008 was an incredible year of transformation and filled with amazing experiences of the Light entering my life in great abundance and helping me to access ever deeper, more vibrant resources both within and without. I feel in particular the growing sense of the Global Community of Lightworkers and how it is we're ever more connected through our Heart Energies and shared love of this Beloved Planet......".

Yes, thank you Carol. I also feel that the emergence of a very visible and vocal Global community of Lightworkers has been one of the biggest miracles of this last ten year cycle. I sat and thought about my own life. Ten years ago I was a happy and "successful" healer, but a very "local" one, living in a small community but close enough to a big city to build a good practice. But, even in those days I had a liking for the internet, and when I started my first website back in the late 90s, it was directed at the community I lived in. Actually I used to write a newsletter that I printed out and distributed, and I thought it would be a great idea to put it on the internet so people could print it out themselves. But, then I started to get letters from people from all over, and I realized that it wasn't just the people down the road who were reading the newsletter. And then, in 2003 I teamed up with Kate and Jose and we started Starchild! And we soon discovered that there was indeed a Global community out there and that they were eager to be brought together and to share ideas! And then, in the last two years I have had the privilege to be able to travel all over the world to work with some of these communties of Lightworkers!

And part of the "adventure" of this Global community has been to share our experiences with this Global experience of Transformation and Change. Which brings me to the topic of the "BIG slow down". You might have noticed that despite the tension and expectation we talked about in the last log, things are a bit, well kind of flat right now. There seems to be lots of buzz, but very little seems to be happening. Hmmmmm, according to Michael, this is the tension between our ego minds which say things must move forward, and our Higher Consciousness, which is in a phase of recalibration and reconnection at a very exciting and momentous level.

In December, after the Solstice shift, Michael talked about the re-calibration of the Chakra system, starting with the Heart and moving on to the Pineal and the Pituitary, or the Crown and Brow Chakras. This recalibration has enabled the FULL reconnection of the Higher Self with the Physical Being. We have spent years activating the Light Body and clearing and activating the DNA in preparation for this moment when the I AM could project the radiant Light of its Being into our Physical Being through the Light Body, and be enabled to make a clear connection.

There has been so much else going on, that this incredible miracle has gone almost unnoticed. People have felt the change on a deep level, and many of us are feeling very tired and wanting to sleep and rest. Here is an extract from a letter from Tim in the USA: "Thanks for your posts lately. There indeed for me has been a heightening of the awareness of the holographic nature of this reality. And the new energies are... I don't really even know how to describe them. I've been feeling more and more consistently enveloped by this love and deep peace. Of course the times when it's not there feel all the more harsh and grating... like stepping out of a car onto the freeway at 100kmh or something and the ground feels more jagged and the impact greater... but those moments of that peace and of that love are so amazing. Like I said I just don't even have the words for it......... The other day I was sitting in a restaurant and there was an eastern tapestry with Buddha on it and he just started talking to me. I felt myself lifted into this plane that was very very bright with lots of colors and more distinct shapes, lots of circles and orbs with bright golds and pinks and yellows... just beautiful vibrant colors and he began to say that I was entering into a new phase of my spiritual development and moving into an energy that I've never felt before. It was a couple three days ago or so and it's stayed with me fairly consistently. The only way I can describe the energy is solar. Like before I would find a desire in myself and send the signal and then it would show up... like a magnetic signature but this new energy feels like being inside the sun. I feel a desire and instead of pulling something to me "out there" it rises up from within me and greets me within myself. And I feel as if I'm surrounded by this beautiful rose and gold light, like a cloud or bubble and yet it goes with me and moves with me, supports me. Not to mention that I've been sleeping up to 14 hours a night, just wrecked all the time lots of zappy-ness etc... and yet it all feels good somehow."

Oh yes, as Tim says, this new energy experience feels Solar in nature, like being "inside the sun". Indeed, you are dear brother, you are inside your Solar Light Body, it has embraced you, and your physical being is now a projection of your Light body. You are a fully embodied Being of Light! And the exciting news, according to Michael, is that as you become more accustomed to this new place or space, you will start to see the other Beings of Light all around you, both those in bodies and those that are not. In fact, after a while you won't be able to notice the difference to any great extent! You will "see" the Light as well as the physical light that you care so accustomed to now.

The reason for the tiredness and the physical "symptoms" is that the recalibration needed to accomplish this shift into pure Light consciousness has created a temporary effect of Slow Down. Higher Consciousness is Slower. It vibrates faster and moves slower. Lower consciousness vibrates more slowly and seems to move very quickly through time and space. So right now we have this tension between the old slow vibrating reality wanting something to happen now....and the new higher vibrating Solar or Stellar or Cosmic reality that is allowing us the time to become accustomed to the BIG SHIFT that we have just experienced.

And then, we will start to see and perceive at a very different frequency, and we will start to live at a different frequency. Slower and more peaceful and with less "drama" but more depth and intimacy and fun and love and abundance. We will truly enter into the multi-dimensional expereince of Being here on Planet Earth, enclothed in Radiant Solar Light and radiating this through into the physical realms. We will begin to fully align our mental/emotional being with our Solar I Am presence until our physical being is a pure extension of our Solar Being!

Funny thing...when I was writing the piece for the Children's Foundation for Christmas, I used a picture with the children that was taken on my birthday. I remember saying to my assistant that the light effect in the image made me look as if I was wearing sunlight! The things we say!

6th January ....Welcome to 2009...and yes....we are facing some Challenges as the Illusions begin to Crumble..... Welcome to the first Earth Log of 2009! It promises to be a very "light-filled" year, with many deep and fundamental changes in the way that we think. And that means all of us, not just the "unenlightened" ones out there, but us too. We are all being forced to examine how and what we think and feel, as many long cherished illusions begin to hit the wall....at speed! Melt Down!

This is not a process to be feared, it is, as the Michael channel noted, the precursors to our Freedom and Liberty on Planet Earth. We are freeing ourselves to experience the Beauty and Joy of the "Hologram" as we choose, and not as someone else dictates to us for our "good".

What makes my heart sing right now, is that people are truly waking up to how the holographic reality of the Higher Dimensions and the Law of One works. Cosmic Harmony and Beauty in a Field of Light. Choices. Responsible Choices. Love. Here is an extract from a letter that I received from Jennifer in the USA:

"I thought about this Earth, which has been in existence long before we arrived and how we then decided to carve it up, place borders and boundaries here and there. Once again I wonder “why?” Why have we tried so hard to place fences between us and take this piece as “mine”. I wonder if one day we can look at this Earth, this Life, this Energy, this Source, this Light, this Love, this Power, this Divinity, this Existence, this Consciousness and see it all as One, as Us and celebrate in the shared evolution of consciousness, of which we have all been part, of which we are all aware at our core. Is this the next step for us? As we all start to become more aware of who we really are, as we sense more of our Divine Spirit and Light and Power, as we start to question some of our long held beliefs and relax, we will notice our fields of awareness expand and we will see a different reality, through our Spiritual eyes. It is happening now. Have you noticed flickering light out the corner of your eye? Have you seen shimmering light on the walls but thought you were imaging it? Do you sometimes see light around people, as if they are glowing, radiant? Do you look across the ocean and see light dancing across the water? Are you becoming more aware of your own Being, your own Truth, who you are and why you are here in the bigger scheme of things? These are indeed times of beautiful Golden Light and we are Beings of Light. As we notice messages coming to us through books and movies and conversations, our fields of awareness expand. I watched Kung-Fu Panda again a few days ago and smiled as the wise Turtle said to Shifu “Let go of the Illusion of Control”. My jaw dropped the first time I heard it as I had been pondering over this idea that our reality is an illusion, just a hologram, a projection of the mind. The movie also says there is no secret ingredient in life, something is special because we BELIEVE it is special. As we all start to Believe in Truth and our own Light and our Divine Essence and our Creativity and Love and our Power to manifest we will See the magic and miracles that abound in life, we will see a New Reality. We will Believe Existence is Special and See it is so. "

Wow Jennifer....yes indeed.....life is magic and miraculous when we see how we spin out the "dream" from our consciousness, and how we can create the Joy and Love in that Consciousness when we understand the "shared evolution of consciouseness".

I also think that what is significant is Jennifer's desire to "question some of our long held beliefs and relax".....and allow the process to unfold as it will.

I have noticed among Lightworkers in the last year, and especially now, a kind of low level hysteria, where, desperate for external manifestations of Change, they latch onto events, dates and hopes for number popping miracles. When we reach this particular date there will be a "great" event and everyone will reach the promised land, or at least those who are specifically chosen. The Spaceships will land, money will be handed out, and everything will be wonderful. This builds up a tension of expectation that creates exhaustion, and yes, disillusionment.There is no doubt that there are important cycles and events, and there are moments of numerological significance and change, but they are now being abused and manufactured at alarming speed. There is also no doubt that we are being assisted and guided from the Higher Dimensions at all times, but in a way that empowers us to empower ourselves as the co-creators on earth. But, we are now creating a kind of Spiritual TV culture where the "sensation" of the day or month is the next moment that fits into someone's timeline for a world shattering event. And what results is that what should be a quiet and beautiful process of the unfolding of Higher Consciousness in our lives becomes a desperate gallop from one "event" to another. There is no doubt for me, that the Solstice of 21st December was significant, as Michael noted, for the introduction of a Higher Level of Light Consciousness. And Higher Consciousness is Peaceful, Gentle and Loving. It is Calm and Accepting and knows that All is in Divine Order at All Times!

So, I have also been getting letters like this one from a woman in the Netherlands"

"I thought that change were coming to me to let go old patterns because on 21 ste of december the gate is openend ,but my body is so tired again , I feel like a old woman with not much energy to live, and in your channels I read whats happening in energy and all the emotional aspects of that I can feel for the whole collective.How must I deal with all of this feelings in me that not only are my emotions.It s so heavy for me that its difficult to feel the Light. My Heartdesire is to feel free from all of these feelings from others and to feel the real me to live in Love and peace and happines,and my heart will go on and on to make all One ".

Yes indeed, many feel this way. My advice would be, rest, relax, see some good friends, have some fun, get some exercise, and start to see the miracles in your own every day life. Start to enjoy your own every day life...gently and in peace.

The "real you" is a Collective Being, yes indeed, you will feel the energy of the Collective because we are One. But, as Lightworkers, we can contribute to that Collective Energy by remaining Calm and Peaceful and entering into that Light with Peace and Joy. Read Jennifer's paragraph above again!

So, as the year begins, excuse me while I go and relax and enjoy these lazy days of summer as the New Year begins to unfold here in South Africa!
