28th June : The Space In Between.....or Cooking in the Pressure Cooker of (Conscious) Evolution If you are in a space like I am at the moment, you are probably sending out a spiritual SOS! What Happened? Where am I? Why am I trapped in the Pressure Cooker? Yes indeed, the pressure is on big time right now. We are in the Space Between....between the Lunar Eclipse and the coming total Solar Eclipse on the 11th of July. In this "between" space of change and shift, the pressure is on.

The Changes brought about by the lunar/solar eclipse cycles provide an oppportunity for changing Light Codes and "rebooting" the Planetary "computer" so that more up to date information is provided to the Human Collective from the Cosmic Source. The Grand Cross provides an intense focus of energy and the Diamond Light intensifies this focus. Right now, it is so intense that we cannot escape the challenges to evolve and grow at a very rapid rate.

I am told by Spirit that we are entering a phase now where growth and evolution are no longer an option. We have to move forward and make choices, and those of us that are Lightworkers are the ones being pushed off the metaphorical cliff to see whether we can fly...or not! The intense waves of Light and the new Light Codes are coming in thick and fast.

So how do we feel. Speaking for myself I have an intense headache as the Pineal gland goes into overdrive (again) and my body is subjected to the combined electro-magnetic energies of the Cosmic waves as well as the intense anger and anxiety in the Collective. Ah yes, another day on Planet Earth, in the Pressure Cooker of Evolution!

I am told by Spirit too that we/I have to change. There are no options now, we have run out of time and the great leap must be made. This applies on the personal and the global level. And, right now there seem to be two options, we either acknowledge what is happening and focus and give this all we have, because this is what we incarnated for and this is what we have to do, or we can go on in a view of life where everything is ok and wonderful and will change soon, you know, its just around the corner....soon....and we can ignore what is happening and focus on our own little plot and trying to ensure that we get our personal share of wealth and happiness.

On a Global level, this no longer works, it is becoming more and more difficult to ignore the blatant evidence that our Planet is going through a huge crisis as she sheds the old and rebirths into the New. And, it is facile and immature to say that "some will die because they have chosen to". Yes, I have heard the belief from people who call themselves spiritually mature, that we each choose our lives so that if you live in Africa, or Gaza, or the Gulf and your life is going down the toilet, well then that is just too bad, you must have chosen it that way, while we chose to have a happy and abundant life, thank you. Yes, isn't it time we stopped finding excuses to evade our responsibility for the energetic balance of the whole planet.

Yes, the whole Planet! Not just the bit where you live, but the whole thing. It is not possible for one little bit to be "paradise" while the other bits are "hell". It is all part of the One, and now we are being asked to wake up and look at the Planet in this way. We are all part of the Earth, and what has happened in the Gulf of Mexico is appalling beyond belief and will affect every person on the Planet in some way. I do not think this is the apocalyse as such, but I do think that it is a major wake up call and a turning point of some kind. We have to see what we are doing and we have to find another way to be.

What is it? I have no idea, any more than you, or Obama or BP ....or anyone right now. Our DNA has been activated and is running the possibilities, but so far, nothing has emerged. We are still emerging...the new is emerging.....The work has been done on the Higher Levels, we have visualized and done ceremonies and healing...now...we have to see what emerges on the material plane. And yes, we must Trust, and Trust and Trust and Pray and Work and Focus...because...This is It!

I have been doing active Ascension and Higer Dimensional work since 1995, and I can tell you that this is the Moment! I have never felt so certain that Now is the Time and that we are under such intense pressure to Make this Shift!

We have all done the work on ourselves for years, now it is time to make that count with our awareness and our Passion for what we came here to do.

In my own life, I spent most of this year in a beautiful state of dream and illusion, a "preveiw" maybe of what life could be in another time and place, and then was brought crashing back to the "reality" that if we want to get to that time and place, all of us, then we have to start making some different choices, for all us. This playground is not for an elite group only, but for all who live on her.

And that does start with our lives. Some of the choices I have made in the last month have been very difficult and have not brought me happiness. But, they were the only choices I could have made that were in integrity with myself. Spirit agreed with my assessment and told me to hang in and stay with what I believed to be right for me. Evolution will not happen by compromising what you are for what you think you should be or what others think you should be. It is coming to bedrock honesty with yourself that will enable you to see what needs to be seen and to emerge to a new reality.

I know it has been common belief that as we shifted into the Fifth Dimension we would all become telepathic and be capable of healing and other psychic abilities. Yes, that is because such abilities are already programmed into the Human Template. They are nothing new! They are gifts and talents that were lost that are re-emerging, and we have all enjoyed going back and fetching parts of ourselves that we enjoyed in Lemuria and Egypt and Atlantis, and integrating these lifetimes. But this was nothing NEW!

What is new will still emerge...is emerging right now..... what will it be? Well, maybe it will be a Conscious Human who is aware of the connections between Heaven and Earth and Spirit and Matter. But it will be a fully grounded Human who knows that to nurture and care for the Earth on all levels is the reason for being here, and not trying to get back to Spirit as soon as possible and by any means possible. The New Human will know that to live on the Earth means to fully accept the Human Body and Humanity, and to cease trying to escape life, through drugs,alchohol, entertainment or even excessive meditation practices. Life must be lived and experienced on all levels, and it must be felt in every nerve and sinew of the body...and those feelings must be accompanied by Joy and Gratitude.

Every challenge that we face is an opportunity to grow and extend ourselves and become more. Every challenge is an opportunity to explore and express love on ever deeper and more powerful levels. What if we looked at life as a continual process of evolutionary ascension, and see ourselves at a point where we have become so powerful and complex that the challenges themselves are more intricate and complex and require every bit of our collective focus, intention and compassion, to lift us to the next level of Being that we are all striving for.

In the next three years there will be key moments when we can really lift ourselves into new levels, towards a whole new way of being. Now is one of them. Or, if we fail, then we will most likely spend the next grand cycle of 26000 years at the same level as we are now!

So, in the next ten days, you will most likely encounter this aspect of challenge to grow in some way. It will be both personal and global, and it will not be easy. The choices that must be made will often be difficult, because they must be made from total honesty and a clear vision. We are seeing ourselves as never before, through the mirror of our Planet and those around us. We see the Light and the Dark, the Pain and the Joy, and we embrace them all because they are part of our Growth and our Expansion and our Birth into the New Day that is Emerging!

And we know that those in the Angelic Realms of Spirit are waiting, and watching, and applauding our choices and our growth. They have done their work, and they continue to watch and support, it really is up to us now to make the Choices that will Make a Difference!

26th June : A Passion for Life...Full Moon, Lunar Eclipse and Grand Cross : Yes indeed, this is a grand whammy! A very powerful moment in time....Full Moon in Cancer/Capricorn with a Partial Lunar Eclipse. In the North it falls just after the midsummer Solstice, and here in the South, it is midwinter. I am told that the Light is strong and clear in the North. Down South here, I must admit that it feels very midwinterish, and I am feeling the need for quiet time to be within myself and to rest before the rising of the energies as we move towards Spring.

At this time, the topic that comes up for me is Passion. A Passion for Life.

We are at a difficult phase in our Collective Evolution. As we enter into the Fifth Dimensional Consciousness of our Connection and Oneness, we are undergoing huge changes within ourselves and in our Collective social interactions.

As Lightworkers and Conscious Beings, we are aware of the Changes in the Earth's Grid systems, as the Diamond Light enters the Planet and flows along the Sacred Rose Grids that faciltate our Cosmic Connection to the Higher Realms of Light. Many of us are aware of this Radiant Light all around us, and how it is lifting us to live at ever higher levels of openess and integrity both with ourselves and with others.

I took this image last month, of a friend who lives with a high level of personal integrity, and you can clearly see the rainbow diamonds in his aura, a beautiful visual affirmation of these light energies that we are feeling.

But it is not only higher levels of integrity that are asked of us now, it is also Passion and Purpose and Commitment. I like to think of it as the New Masculine Energy. We have spent many years integrating the Divine Feminine and learning to live with Grace and Comnpassion and Flow. Now it is time to find the Balance and to learn to live with Passion and Commitment and Focus. The Divine Masculine energy is that part of us that is Energy and Movement and, yes, the ability to do things in the World through making a commitment and focussing Energy and Intention, and having the Courage and Perseverance to follow through on these commitments.

I think that this challenge to enter into the New Masculine energies is being shown to us as we consider the Gulf of Mexico oil disaster. The People "in charge" of the clean up quite clearly have no idea what to do. No one is taking responsibility in any clear and committed way. The government passes it to the Company and who passes it to the locals who have no idea what to do.......and so everyone is confused and apathetic and after nearly two months the oil is still gushing into the ocean. People are angry, frustrated and despairing.

And, this pattern seeme to be very much part of life right now. In my own case, when I came back from my last trip, my heating system wasn't working. I phoned the company that installed it. After nearly a month of people "looking" at it, nothing has been done to fix it because nobody appears to know what is wrong. The Manager of the Company now refuses to take my calls. Of course they are still selling these systems, business must go on and money must be made, but no one knows how to fix things when they go wrong.

Yes, we live in a world where economic growth and making money determine everything. We have forgotten how to be Passionate about our lives and to be responsible for what we create. Do we have time? We are so busy rushing around trying to make more and more and more, that we have become a society that lives on the surface and never goes deep into experience. Even with the Gulf crisis, it is no longer "news" and our attention is now focussed on other things so that we will conveniently forget that the Oceans are being poisoned and polluted and continue rushing around living on the economic surface of our lives.

Time to wake up, step back and say "Stop".....Enough....this is our Planet and our Lives. FIND A SOLUTION! NOW! Don't let this situation be relegated to the "back page". It really is time to stand up and be courageous and be responsible and to have a Passion for Life and for the Planet.

Many people are, many are waking up and wanting to move beyond the shallow way of life where no one really knows what to do and so they go on making money instead.

But, looking in the mirror, are not our lives a bit like that too. How often do we really get passionate about anything? Have you ever asked yourself what you are passionate about in your daily life? What are you committed to? What is it that gives you Joy and a sense of Creative Enjoyment and Purpose? Are you really Present in your Own Life right now?

So many people ask me how you get there. They have no idea what Passion is and how you express it. I feel that this process starts within us, in learning to be passionate about our own lives, and to find passion and purpose in everything that we do. What we have in our lives right now is what we created. We need to honor that creation with gratitude. And that means that no matter how simple our lives may be, we can still create passion and beauty. It starts with awareness, being aware of how you feel and how you relate to your environment. Can you do anything to make the environment more beautiful and comfortable and beautiful...and then that extends to the Planet. What can we do to make the Planet more beautiful and acceptable for all who live on her at this time. How can we express our Creative Passion in meaningful ways?

How can we activate our Divine Masculine energy to be Courageous, Responsible and to honor the Commitment that we made when we incarnated into our bodies and came to the Earth. The commitment to honor our bodies and our lives and to work for the evolution of the Earth and the unfolding of the Divine Plan on Earth. That is what a Conscious Being does when they incarnate, and if we have forgotten, we can always make that commitment now.

This is the Tipping Point and the Wake Up moment as far as our Planet and our environment goes. It is time to live with Passion and Commitment. And on this Powerful Day of the Grand Cross that will trigger energies for many months to come, it is a good time to make that Commitment and to enter into the Passion.

I love this picture that was shared with me today. The Angels were made by a child, and I love the red and yellow colors that suggest that these Angels are Passionate and filled with Purpose and the Energy of Solar Power! To me they are the Angels of Passion and Purpose and Commitment, to guide us forward into a renewed contract of Passion and Purpose in the Evolution of our Planet and the Manifestation of the New Earth.

20th June : The Crosssroads...and the Way Forward: On this day before the Solstice, I am feeling more and more the tension and the anxiety in the Collective Consciousness, And also the anger and the disempowerment. As a Planetary society we have reached a Crossroads and we must make choices. Much of these feelings have to do with the unfolding horror of the Gulf Oil disaster.

It seems as though this, more than any other recent event, has brought home to people the very real consequences of our present relationship with the Earth, and how very damaging and destructive it is and continues to be.

In reading the angry and despairing comments of many people, I was reminded how very much this situation is like the one portrayed in the recent movie "Avatar". The cold and detached CEO who was only interested in profits and was prepared to destroy a people and a forest without thinking twice, bears an uncanny resemblance to the CEO of the Oil Company responsible for the Gulf disaster.

I have always believed that art, and films, are expressions of the Collective Consciousness, and that you can tell a lot about a culture by looking at the art and entertainment that it produces. In many cases these are upwellings of Collective feelings about life. If we were to look at Avatar in this way, it would seem that Humanity is tired of the Corporate Greed and the Economy of Profit that leads to the destruction of the environment and the disempowerment of people. There is a Collective desire to return to the "forest", that interconnection with Nature and the pulses of Cosmic energy, and to be something different, an expression of the "people" rather than a cipher in a violent and destructive corporate money game. This is, of course, the whole nature and purpose of the Fifth Dimension and the New Earth. Indeed, we stand at a Crossroads. As a Collective, we can now make the choice that will shift our Planet into the Fifth Dimension as a whole, or we can continue down this path of profit and greed, until the next disaster when we will be faced with the same choices again.

I was struck by the similarity between the Avatar story and the traditional story of the Grail, because the archetypes are that familiar. In Avatar, the hero is a crippled soldier who becomes the warrior who frees the Planet. He goes through several transformations and initiations to become part of the "people". In the Grail story, the Fisher King is deeply wounded and his land has become a Waste Land. He can only be healed when the Grail seeker finds the Grail and is able to find the Grail "question", that question being "whom does the Grail serve?". In then 21st Century we know that the Grail is the Human Being, the vessel for Divine Spirit, and the question is, whom do we serve? The Divine Purpose of Life and Evolution, or the Economic needs of Big Corporations?

This is a complex question, because life has evolved on this planet to support 7 billion people, and the way forward must be able to sustain and support this population. We cannot go back to the Stone Age. We are a technological society, and we need to develop technologies that are clean and that honor all forms of life. We need to stop raping the Earth for resources to fuel artificial economic growth for profit and find ways to live in harmony with the Earth and in partnership with other forms of life. We need to find ways to build communities that are expression of the "people" and not market places for ever expanding consumerism, while still providing for our daily needs and the expression of who we are.

No, not easy. But the choice must be made now, it is that important. And it will not be made for us. We will not be lifted miraculously to another place and no one will arrive in a space ship to save us from ourselves. As the Hopi say, We are the Ones we have been Waiting for. We are the Ones. We need to empower ourselves and become Warriors of Light and start asking the right questions in our lives. Who are we serving? Are we conscious of Who we Are and our Power. And yes, many of us are, and are doing all we can right now.

I know that many, many of us, are entering into the Collective Consciousness and the Dream Time to intervene with holographic images of Paradise and a Cleansed Earth and Oceans, working with the Cetaceans and the Angels and Masters and the Indigeneous Peoples to find ways to lift Earth into the Fifth Dimensional reality of Beauty and Love. And this Power Point of the Solstice is the ideal moment to combine our energies to make a powerful intervention in the Collective Consciousness to say "Yes" we have chosen to be part of the New Earth and to serve the Divine Purpose on Earth.

However, unlike in "Avatar", this will not be achieved with violence, but by coming together to give our energies to new initiatives and new forms of Community that express who we are as the "People". We are only beginning this work, and the first step must be the choice to be part of the solution and the New Energy of the Fifth Dimension.

If you can make that declaration as part of the Solstice Ceremony, then you will be empowering the Collective by letting it know that you are a Warrior of Light and that you are committed to the Peaceful Transformation of the Planet into the Fifth Dimension of Connection, into the Noosphere of Light.

You can say a simple sentence such as : "I commit myself to the Service of the Light and the Peaceful Transformation of the Planet into the Fifth Dimension of Love and Connection, and I serve the Earth and all her life forms for the Highest Good and with the support of Spirit. And So it Is".

Then, allow Spirit to guide you and become aware of choices tht you can make in your daily life that will guide you forward. It makes little sense now to blame and accuse and be angry other than to awaken people to how far down the path of environmental destruction we are. Maybe we are grieving for what we have lost, so that we can move forward into the future. It is time to make another choice and to follow another path forwards as a Collective. It starts with us and it starts with the Desire for Love and Peace expressed in gentle but powerful ways! The Collective Consciousness is waiting to hear from Us! Now!

So, here is an interesting interpretation of "Avatar" that highlights the inner need to develop "empathy" and "compassion" and aspects of wisdom that will move us beyond exploitation and control.

18th June : The Noosphere and Playing on the Hologram..... That sounds very impresssive as a title, but it comes closest to what I am experiencing about life right now. First, let me say that the energy continues to swirl through the grids, creating inner spaces for shift and change. I think we are all feeling those inner pressures for change as we approach the Solstice moment on the 21st of June.

For those of you who have joined us for the Global Meditation for the Oceans, thank you so much, and if you haven't heard about it yet, please go to Oceans Meditation. Please also share in the beautiful video that I created in partnership with my friend Kai in Mexico, set to the sacred singing of Deva Premal and Miten.

I have been deeply touched by the amount of people who have responded to the Gulf crisis in the Northern hemisphere by joining in the various and many calls for Meditation action for the Cleansing of the Oceans. I know that all these focussed energies from conscious and loving people will be heard and accepted by the Planet and the Elementals as our first steps in the process of Co-Creation. We can work together with the Water, the Water Elementals and the Cetaceans to create a future for our Planet where water is Sacred, as it should be. We are 80 percent water, and perhaps what is happening in the Oceans of the Planet is a reflection of what is happening in our own bodies. Perhaps it is time to take a step back and look within and see in what ways we can honor the water that is within us, as well as that which is experienced as the Oceans of the Planet. It all starts with us!

Down here in Cape Town, South Africa, where I am at the moment, attention is very much fixed on the Soccer World Cup and the atmosphere is festive. The weather is cold, it is winter and we are experiencing a cold one. So very different to what is happening in the North right now. But then that is the nature of Life on Planet Earth. We get to "play" on the Hologram that is the Noosphere. In translation, that means that we are here to create and co-create on the Planetary grids and hologram, depending on what we choose and where we are. But, although things may seem diverse and different, we are all part of this One powerful and wonderful system of Being and Creating called a Planet.

Diversity is wonderful. We can celebrate that we are all different and that we create and express ourselves in different ways. These choices start before incarnation, when we choose our birth parents and our place of birth. Then, when we become adults we can make new choices, about how we will live and where we will be and how we will express ourselves. Our souls get to explore and express themselves in diverse and wonderful ways. And, with the creation of the Noosphere and the advent of global travel, the choices of the soul are multiplied. Life is indeed a grand adventure!

But, what is so wonderful, is that despite the diversity, Humans are all the same "under the skin". We are all expressions of Divine Light, we are all souls experiencing life and death, love and joy, and sometimes grief and pain, depending on how our lives go. For life is rich and complex, and sometimes there are moments of deep and intense pain and grief that are a part of the journey of life. We cannot always expect to be in Happiness, but we can learn to cultivate a deep inner Joy and Power that will sustain us through periods of stress and change as we move from one circle of being to another.

I experience this diversity and Oneness as I play on the Global Hologram in my own life. What a Joy it is to travel from continent to continent and from country to country and to meet with Family of Light all over the world. The languages are sometimes different, the food is different, sometimes I sleep on the floor or on airliners or in stations, but the people are always the same. Warm and loving and willing to share and experience. The more conscious we become the more open we become to the experience of Life and the Richness of life and the sheer Beauty of Life.

And of course, how fragile it can be at times. This is where the focus on the Oceans comes in. The Ocean is where life began on our Planet. Water is the "medium" of life. If the water dies, then so do we! I was made aware this week of how fragile life can be and how quickly things happen. I was with my assistant Karen, and we were driving out to the country to investigate a Retreat Center. As we approached a mountain pass, we came to a sharp bend. Suddenly a car came from the opposite direction around the bend too fast, swung across the road in front of us, flipped over and flew through the air upside down before landing on its roof on the other side of the road. Both Karen and I were aware that if we had arrived at that bend just two seconds earlier that speeding car would have hit us and maybe rolled over onto us. I might not have been here to write this. Wow...sometimes playing on the Hologram can be a bit too intense!

I would like to introduce you to Karen, who is my new assistant, and who is helping me to get through all the things I need to do. I have found myself sinking under the weight of detail recently, and not keeping up, so Karen will be helping me with the admin on Starchild. Karen and I have known each other for about 12 years and have been part of each other's life journey in that time. I am happy to have her to share the Starchild journey with me.

So, in these days leading up to the Solstice, I wish you all much Joy and Laughter on your Journey of life, I hope that you have many choices in the game of life, and that you honor your body and that of the Mother Planet. I wish you also Strength and Courage to face the times of Change and Transformation. And I wish you Power to be All that you can be, and Openess to receive all the gifts of Love and Abundance that are showered upon you daily by Spirit in so many ways. And I wish you Peace and Grace in the Still Center of your Being, for you Are Divine Light in Human form. May you always be conscious of that place within you where Heaven touches Earth and expresses itself through You!

10th June : The Upcoming Powerful Alignments and the Shift...from "I" to "Us".....the emerging Planetary Noosphere. In the month of June we are entering into a series of major Planetary alignments that will be very powerful and will probably bring huge changes to the Earth and the way that we live on her. Get ready for some more "Pressure Cooker" experiences as Evolution kicks in to lift us from the Old into the New!

These Alignments begin on the 13th of June, when a Grand Cross begins to form. This is the astrological term for when the planets line up on the axis of a cross on the zodiac. This creates intense pressure and things move! This will continue with us for most of June. Also in June is the Solstice on the 21st and a Partial Lunar Eclipse on the 26th, both powerful moments in themselves. In July there is another powerful alignmenmt called a "Cardinal T Square" and a Solar Eclipse on the 11th of July, all preceding the "New Year" and the Lion's Gate on the 26th of July! In August there will be a Cardinal Grand Cross, and all this will culimnate in the powerful moment of the 10/10/10 Stargate, when we will "birth" ourselves into another level of Being.

I am sure that most of us have felt the beginnings of these planetary shifts in our lives. I have found that after a long period of feeling very balanced and happy, I suddenly felt very tired to the point of exhaustion. I wasn't sleeping too well, and I kept forgetting things. I also felt as though time was moving too fast and there just wasn't enough time to do all the things that needed to be done, let alone rest and relax and enjoy life! Evidence of another acceleration in the "time differentials" as Michael likes to call that thing that we call "time". Time is certainly not linear, as we used to believe! By now we know that it is elastic, and that it bends and stretches and contracts, depending on holographic and quantum factors in the Noosphere.

Yes, I love that word, the "Noosphere". It is a word that describes the Fifth Dimensional New Earth, and it basically means an interconnected system based on information exchange. Yes, that is what we are becoming. For those of you who have seen "Avatar", and let's face it, who hasn't, think Pandora and the forests. Interdependence....connection...and a biological network of connection based in the energy of the Divine Life Essence shared by all! Noosphere!

I have been finding it increasingly difficult to write recently, and one of the reasons was that although I know that this transformation is about us as unique individuals in human bodies, after nearly fifteen years with ascension, I have felt that we are all probably looking in the wrong direction a lot of the time. Waiting for the Extraterrestrials to land, or focussing on releasing and cleansing and rewiring yet again for the umpteenth time, or trying to manifest the elusive wealth and power that is always promised but yet never quite seems to make it. A whole industry of people has arisen offering and consuming ways to make life work for you in the New Energy. And yet, so many people are still struggling in the shift that never quite seems to happen, and is always going to happen very soon, and has been for a quite a long time now. 2012? No, I don't think so. Right now...and ongoing....

The shift is that we have moved from a society based on unique individuals all pursuing their individual dreams of wealth and success, to a "Noosphere", a complex organism that shares information in order to thrive and survive. Our individual shifts and rewirings have been to adapt us to function in the environment of the Noosphere.

This means that if we continue to pursue the path of individual wealth and success, we will actually be going against the flow of evolution. No wonder we wobble and struggle and feel dizzy and nauseous and tired, as we push against the current of evolution.

We are now wired to work in Community, in Groups, and for the greater good of the All, the Noosphere. We share information and we evolve and grow as we experience our connection for the greater good of all! Of course, we are still individuals, but we are now "connected" and we have to honor that connection even as we honor our individual lives. As we empower ourselves we need to be empowering the group or community to which we belong.

In the last few months I have experienced many kinds of Community within the emerging Noosphere. I have experienced what I call "Family of Light", the Global Community of Lightworkers. If you are reading this, you are probably part of this Community in some way. We love to write and blog and we use the internet and the print media to share our insights and thoughts. We also gather as groups, and when I was in the Middle East and Europe recently, I was enchanted and delighted with the powerful group energy of this community as we shared and celebrated the Fifth Dimension of Group Consciousness together.

Then there are other kinds of Communities. When I was in Portugal I visited Tamera, which is an intentional community that calls itself a "healing Biotope". Their purpose is to be an Evolutionary Node or point where an alternative way of living beyond war and violence can be achieved. Their focus is on Peace both Globally and in their own community of about 200 people who live and work on the Community land. There are many of these intentional communities arising all over the Planet, and they create another level of information sharing and evolutionary energy in the Noosphere.

Then there are communities that are more flexible. Groups of people who come together to share, usually people who lives ordinary lives in cities, but who seek out a group of people with similar ideas and energies for activities and gatherings related to their interests and beliefs. These can be in real time, or they can be virtual groups in cyberspace.

The information is moving, the emerging Planetary Information exchange system is humming along, and we are emerging as a new species that expresses itself through its Connections. We are learning to solve problems and create spaces for our lives and dreams in this new arena of interconnection.

It is no longer about "I" but about "Us". Or maybe, more about how "I" fits into the "Us" or balances with the "Us".

The two major dramas that are playing out now, in the Middle East and in the Gulf of Mexico, are both examples for me of how this new system works. People all over the world and on all levels are exchanging information and views, and contributing to the resolution of these problems and the creation of new ways of doing things. The Noosphere is humming with information and ideas, and new ways of thinking are emerging. Add to this the powerful energy of the Planetary alignments discussed earlier, and you have a powerful and dynamic mix! Evolution! Rapid Evolution!

And, what is more, the information includes not only rational academic information, but feelings and compassion and love, as the Fifth Dimensional "wiring" allows us to express and create from that level.

Yes, the "Shift" indeed.

How we individually make the shift depends to a large extent on how we flow with the energy of the New Planetary Noosphere. How comfortable we are with giving up the idea of individual stuggle and the pursuit of wealth and happiness, and replacing it with concern for the Whole Network of Life of which we are a part. Once we accept this, we diminish the resistance and the stress as our body evolves towards this new way of being. We accept that we are loved and supported even as we offer love and support.

One of the exercises that I did with groups of people in the recent gatherings was designed to show them how this new energy functions. We would create a circle to represent the circle of life and to break with linear concepts. Then, we would link hands, and then put our arms around the person on either side to create a closely linked circle. Then after a while, as the energy flows through the circle, the people begin to sway together and a rhythym is set up to by the group in which everyone is included, a natural flow of group energy. Everyone feels warm and loving and supported. Then, I ask them to consider what would happen if they fell down. Well, of course with the person on either side of you holding you up, you cannot fall down, and that applies to each person in the group. You are supported, and will continue to be supported by the group as they flow together. Then, I show them what happens if they go against the flow of the group, simply by moving myself in another direction. This disrupts the group flow and people lose their balance and start to fall over! In the same way, when the flow is disrupted in life, we start to fall over and we lose support and we get anxious.

The "symptoms" of ascension are not going to go away miraculously when we get to 2012, or when we live in Paradise if we are lucky enough, but when we accept that we have evolved into something very new and different that expresses in a different way. Through Connection, Love and Community!

Paradise is a wonderful concept, and it is part of the New Earth, but it is and will be a manifestation of the Inner Connection achieved and the balancing and stabilization of the Noosphere in the future. There will be more information coming in the months to come about this from the Higher Dimensions as we are guided into our particular place in the New Earth Reality. But for now, as we enter into this time of pressure and shift, remember to allow yourself to flow with the energy of Connection and Community.

You are Loved and Supported as you Love and Support. You will not fall down. You are a part of the Whole. A part of the Noosphere. A part of the "Us". And We are One and We are Powerful!

And yes, we are in the Fifth Dimension of Light!
