This meditation was given to me by Archangel Michael when I was in France in September of 2007 on a tour of sacred sites. I began the tour in Mont St Michel, the etheric sanctuary of the Michael energy in France. Then it was on to Carcasonne and Montsegur and Rennes-le-Chateau, where the meditation of the Sacred Heart was given to me. It was first shared with Lightworkers in Germany at a workshop, and in the Netherlands at a shared workshop with Dutch artist, Janosh.

It is a powerful Meditation and Visualization in which you align your Heart energies to balance the Inner Feminine and the Inner Masculine, or what Michael calles the Magdalena and the Christos energies. These then unite into the Twin Flame in the High Heart. The next step is to activate the I AM Creator energies and to take your power as a Human Angel, and to create your own Reality.

I learnt too, that Armand and Angelina also visited the south of France and these sacred sites, shortly after I had been there, so the energy here is interwoven with the Sacred Heart energy carried by the Feminine Heart stream of the Madeleine in the Languedoc in France. It is the still the land of Courtly Love, Medieval castles, Passion and the Divine Feminine in her incarnation as the Magdalene.

As you begin this meditation process, allow yourself to feel the presence of Archangel Michael guiding you. Relax, breathe deeply, and focus your energy into your Heart Chakra.

Now, imagine that the energy travels up through the Throat Chakra and the Brow Chakra and opens up the Crown Chakra. Fell how you are open to receive Light and Illumination from Spirit.

Then, return your focus to your Heart Chakra and let the energy travel downwards to the Solar Plexus, the Sacral and the Base Chakra. Then, imagine that it moves down into the Earth, all the way to the Crystal at the center of the Earth. And now you feel grounded, and able to transmit Sacred Light into the Earth in your work.

Now, visualize yourself standing before a beautiful temple. This is the Temple of the Sacred Heart. It is your own Heart and your own Inner Reality.

Imagine now that you are entering that Temple. As you enter the portal you see two doors in front of you, and Archangel Michael guides you to the Left Hand Door. And so you enter.
